Ripped: Hi Eden. Thanks for taking the time to talk with us today. So when did you first get interested in fitness?

Eden: I've been into fitness for about 12 years now. It's a way of life for me.

Ripped: When did you decide to compete?

Eden: Actually I have yet to compete. I am in training for a show in October.

Ripped: What do you do for fun besides modeling and fitness?

Eden: I love to shop (what woman doesn't right, lol) and anything outdoors.

Ripped: What's your favorite exercise and why?

Eden: I love my ab workout. I think great abs are just sexy.

Ripped: What's your favorite food and why?

Eden: Steak or chicken. It's a toss up. It's great protein and wonderful on the grill. But now and then my biggest weakness would be the cheese fries at Outback!

Ripped: What's your favorite thing to do?

Eden: I honestly love being in the gym. It's such a great stress reliever.

Ripped: So how often do you workout anyway?

Eden: 6 days a week.

Ripped: What does your diet consist of?

Eden: Veggies, chicken, pasta, rice, nitro shakes.

Ripped: Do you take any supplements in your diet?

Eden: Nitro and hydroxy cut. They are the best on the market.

Ripped: Are you planning to enter any fitness contests soon?

Eden: In October.

Ripped: Do you have any advice to give to our readers?

Eden: Never lose faith. If you want something bad enough you will find a way to make it happen.
